Halfway between Cognac and the Atlantic beaches, Royan, or La Rochelle , we have four Bed and Breakfast rooms, and one Gîte ***: - The guest rooms, within our Charentaise residence, offer several sizes and atmospheres to suit families, couples, or single people. A shared relaxation area near the bedrooms will allow you to enjoy a space for reading, working, or eating independently and in all seasons. Swimming pool, terrace, and covered playground are available to you as soon as the weather permits, for relaxation moments in the peace of our garden - The holiday cottage, for 2 to 3 people, backing onto the main house, consists of a single storey space of 35 m² very open and bright. Private access path, parking and terrace. View of the forest and of holes n ° 7 and 8 of the Saintes golf course from the terrace shaded by a mulberry tree. For ceremonies and weddings, the Brumanderie is ideally located in relation to the main halls of the region. The immediate proximity of the Chemin de Compostelle and the GR finally makes it an ideal stopover for hikers and cyclists on circuits such as the Flow-Vélo which passes less than 4 kms away.

We are pleased to present the Logis de la Brumanderie to you in the heart of a 4500 m² area overlooking the Golf de Saintes, composed of a north garden with trees and flowers, where you will find many species of trees and fruit trees. On the south side, we offer a magnificent calm terrace giving access to the swimming pool, surrounded by a colorful and flowery garden.
